Do u get the error "App is misconfigured for Facebook Login"? It is due to HashKey.

Follow these simple steps to generate the HashKey and paste it in the Facebook Dashboard  ,in newly created app under Native Android App.

In order to generate key hash you need to follow some easy steps.

1) Download Openssl from: http://code.google.com/p/openssl-for-windows/downloads/list

2) Make a openssl folder in C drive

3) Extract Zip files into openssl folder

4) Copy the File debug.keystore from .android folder in my case (C:\Users\SYSTEM.android) and paste into JDK bin Folder in my case (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_05\bin)

5) Open command prompt and give the path of JDK Bin folder in my case (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_05\bin).

6) Copy the code and hit enter keytool -exportcert -alias androiddebugkey -keystore debug.keystore > c:\openssl\bin\debug.txt

7) Now you need to enter password, Password = android.

8) See in openssl Bin folder you will get a file with the name of debug.txt

9) Now either you can restart command prompt or work with existing command prompt

10) comes to C drive and give the path of openssl Bin folder

11) copy the following code and paste openssl sha1 -binary debug.txt > debug_sha.txt

12) you will get debug_sha.txt in openssl bin folder

13) Again copy following code and paste openssl base64 -in debug_sha.txt > debug_base64.txt

14) you will get debug_base64.txt in openssl bin folder

15) open debug_base64.txt file Here is your Key hash.

Root Zync Cloud Z5 and Many Android within Few Seconds (Simple, Fast & Easy - 100% Working)

Root Zync Cloud Z5 and Many Android within Few Seconds (Simple, Fast & Easy - 100% Working) using "Root with Restore by Bin4ry"
Hi,

This content has been taken from "XDA Developers Android and Mobile Development Forum" and i found it working with my "Zync Cloud Z5" .There is a small script which is able to root ICS/JB phones. It uses a remount timing issue in Androids "adb restore" service.
So normally it should work on nearly all ICS/JB devices, for some it won't but the idea may work in a slightly modded version.

There is a case for Xperia T and Xperia S,P etc. phones, this phones run ICS but don't have android's native restore with adb, Sony has added a own custom "Backup&Restore" app, the script handles this cases too, just choose the correct option!

Download:
Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v18: Click

DO NOT MIRROR IT! If you cannot download kindly ask other users to send you a private message with a link, dont post public Mirrors!

Have fun with it!!!!!!!!!

How-To:
1. )Check USB debugging Enabled
2. )Check Unknown Sources( Allow Installation of non-Markets app) enabled
3. )Connect USB data cable
4. )Extract the "Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v18" to some directory
5. )Open cmd promp in "Run as Administrator"
6. )Navigate to the extracted directory.
6. )Check for available connected devices (don't proceed further unless your phone listed with this command) : type stuff\adb devices
7. )type RunMe.bat and follow Instructions
8.)Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The server could not process your apk. Try again...

Everything was okay, until I uploaded the ask on the market !
There I had this nice message :
"The server could not process your apk. Try again"

Hum...ok...
As I'm a kind of well educated one, and despite what my rational-software-engineer mind told me, I follow the note, and try again...
I tried 3 times, and always get the same message !

Unfortunately, this message is quite cryptic, and is not that helpful !
Google was not my friend here...
Luckily, Google, the search engine, did a better job than Google, the market creator, and I find here the solution :

The manifest should not have an empty 'uses-configuration' tag !

So I just get rid of the "<uses-configuration>" I had in my manifest file, and everything was fine again !

Thanks for the people finding the solution in the first time !!!

Procedure to decoding .apk files <--step wise method-->

Procedure to decoding .apk files
<--step wise method-->

Step 1:

Make a new folder and put .apk file (which you want to decode) now rename this .apk file with extension .zip (eg:rename from filename.apk to filename.apk.zip) and save it..now you get classes.dex files etc...at this stage you are able to see drawable but not xml and java file...so continue...

Step 2:

  1. Extract this zip apk file in the same folder(in this eg or case NEW FOLDER).
  2. Download dex2jar from this link http://code.google.com/p/dex2jar/ and extract it to the same folder (in this case NEW FOLDER).....
  3. Open command prompt and reach to that folder (in this case NEW FOLDER)....after reaching write "dex2jar classes.dex" and press enter.....
  4. Now you get classes.dex.dex2jar file in the same folder......
  5. Download java decompiler from http://www.softpedia.com/get/Programming/Debuggers-Decompilers-Dissasemblers/JD-GUI.shtml and double click on jd-gui and click on open file then open classes.dex.dex2jar file from that folder...now you get class file...save all these class file (click on file then click "save all sources" in jd-gui)..by src name....at this stage you get source...but xml files are still unreadable...so continue...

Step 3:

Now open another new folder and put these files

  1. put .apk file which you want to decode
  2. download apktool v1.x AND apktool install window using google and put in the same folder
  3. download framework-res.apk file using google and put in the same folder
  4. Open a command window
  5. Navigate to the root directory of APKtool and type the following command: apktool if framework-res.apk and hit enter button.
  6. type the following command: apktool d "fname".apk ("fname" denotes filename which you want to decode) and hit enter button.

Now you get a file folder in that folder and now you can easily read xml files also.

Step 4:

It's not any step just copy contents of both folder(in this case both new folder)to the single one

and Now enjoy with source code...
